Click Here to Book NowInspired by the exciting art of batik – hot wax resist – you will use traditional and non traditional tools to create images inspired by birds on paper and tissue paper with inks. You will consider different environments for your birds such as trees, gardens, nests, hedgerows etc, and explore these using collage, stencils, oil pastels as well as hot wax and inks. You will produce two pieces using different approaches to the technique. These will be stand alone pieces but will be suitable for embellishing with stitch at a later date.
