Course Description

Modern calligraphy is described as wonderful and ‘user friendly’ compared to classic scripts and it is perfect for both left and right handed people. Jane’s new approach to this script is to work with shiny paints that look amazing on dark or black card. She will begin with the basics, teaching you to hold the fine point nib correctly in order to generate the right strokes. You will then work the letters and connecting strokes.

After practicing this Jane will then show you how to design and layout a card and you will take away a beautifully blended finished piece.
