I’ve been painting, teaching and demonstrating Chinese Brush Painting for over 30 years now. I run a monthly workshop in Reading, alongside other teaching and demonstrating throughout the Southeast.

My interest started with Chinese ceramics, I wanted to paint bamboo on my pots, so enrolled on a weekend painting course and was hooked!

Since then I have studied with Chinese artists, both here in the UK and also been lucky enough to go China on several trips.

In my classes I will give you some background on the history of the art, the methods, and the subjects. I hope you will enjoy this trip to the Orient!
