Nikki is a professional photographer with a studio in Bedfordshire and has been for nearly 15 years and before that worked in Graphic Design. She now also teaches Photography and Graphic Communications at Bedford Sixth Form as well as running a variety of creative workshops of her own for a wide range of age groups, for example; ‘Shutterbugs Photography’ for children aged 5-16, 121 Photography, Experimental Printing techniques, Cyanotype Printing, Bookbinding and some Botanical Casting workshops throughout the summer.

As part of completing her Masters in photography 4 years ago she has developed a passion for exploring all elements of experimental printing and photography and loves to share these techniques within her teaching and workshops as well as going on to publish her Masters final project work and exhibition pieces.

Nikki has exhibited her MA photography work as well as selling her creative work online and through Makers Markets – some of which she also runs and hosts herself. She is inspired by exploring beauty in the unexpected, whether that be within nature and the natural world or the influence and trace we have left within our world.
